  • Paper & pen

Steps:

  1. Light your candle and hold your rose quartz.

  2. Write qualities you love about yourself or affirmations like “I am enough”.

  3. Fold the paper toward you, visualizing love flowing into your heart.

  4. Place the paper under the candle and focus on the flame, imagining a warm glow spreading through you.

  5. Say: “I am love. I am worthy. I honor myself and my path.” Repeat 3x.

  6. Let the candle burn safely; carry the rose quartz with you to keep the energy.
